Valserrano Graciano 2.001

The Graciano grape is perhaps the only variety that is native to the Rioja area.
 
It is not widely cultivated because it requires low production levels in order to ensure good quality. Nevertheless, its high fixed acidity level and large quantity of polyphenols make it extremely useful for ‘coupages’ of Reservas and Grandes Reservas, as well as single variety wines from the best harvests.
