The 2003 harvest was characterised by excessive heat during the month of September, which provoked a very fast rise in the alcohol % and posed a risk of the grapes over-ripening. So as not to lose fruitiness and freshness, we harvested the grapes both quickly and earlier than usual. The results were very good, although the alcohol percentage was a little higher than normal.
