This wine is the product of a single vineyard planted with the Tempranillo (95%), Graciano and Garnacha varieties in 1948. Due to the age of the vineyard and its dry, poor soil, the amount produced does not normally exceed 4,000 kg per ha. The grapes, however, remain in excellent health and reach an optimum level of maturity.
