This wine is the produce of a single vineyard planted in 1948 with the varieties Tempranillo (95%), Graciano and Garnacha. Given the vines' age and the dry soil they grow in with its low nutrient content, production doesn't go beyond 4,000 kg/ha; but this low yield is offset by the excellent health of the grapes and the optimum ripeness that they reach.
